Geology 2010 is a college-level course offered through CSUB on Ridgeview’s campus. Students who successfully complete both semesters of the class will receive 5 quarter units of transferable credit at CSUB. The course is an introduction to physical geology that includes numerous projects, field trips, and written assessments. We will cover many geologic concepts including but not limited to: rocks and minerals, volcanism, earthquakes, geologic time, groundwater, and glaciation.
