Advanced Algebra H
Students in Honors Advanced Algebra should have taken Algebra GATE and/or Geometry GATE and received an A in at least one semester or received A’s in both semesters of the same CP class without any retakes on tests. Tests include synthesizing concepts and applying them to real-world situations. Expect 30 minutes of homework each night with some challenging problems. No retake tests are allowed. Semester grade is based on 55% tests, 15% homework, 10% projects/quizzes, and 20% final exam.
