1. Fondest memory from high school?

During my Junior year I tried out for the Varsity Football. Prior to our first game a coach approached me to suggest that I move down to the JV squad because I would not be seeing a lot of playing time at the Varsity level. Rather than moving down to JV I stuck with Varsity. After some hard work and perseverance I was able to earn a starting defensive  position for our Home Coming game. During this game I returned a fumble 101 yards for a touch down. A few days later I found out I had broken a CIF state record. 

 

2. What college did you get your highest degree from?

I earned a B.A. in Music Industry and Technology from California State University Chico. I then went on to earn my teaching credential from California State University Bakersfield.

 

3. Hobbies

I was a musician in another lifetime and still enjoy tinkering with music. I also enjoy trying new BBQ recipes and rooting on my favorite sports teams the Oakland Athletics and the Las Vegas Raiders. 

 

4. Favorite movie

As a movie buff this is a difficult choice to make but here are some of my favorites: Goodfellas, Casino, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Dazed and Confused, Revivor Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Rounders...
