My bio
One of my best high school memories is the mentorship I received from one of my math teachers, Michael Tucker. He had a unique style of making math fun and interesting to learn. He supplemented math exercises with puzzles, logic activities, and applications of math used in real life. This experience motivated me to get a math degree and a Masters in Counseling. I love teaching math and working with students to achieve high academic success, especially as an IT Academy teacher where I work with Academy students over a three year period. Math is not an easy subject for all to learn but I believe we all can succeed at it and enjoy the challenge at the same time. Aside from teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and watching good movies. If I had to choose one movie, it would probably be the western movie "Tombstone".
