Mr. Cuellar

HOWDY! I'm Mr. Cuellar (Quay-yar) and I am the Graphic Arts teacher here at Ridgeview High School. I began teaching at Ridgeview in the Fall of 2019. Prior to being a member of the Wolf Pack, I worked in the advertising/marketing industry for over five years, where I discovered my passion for graphics, screen printing and embroidery. 

 

My fondest memory from high school was my time in ASB, I was a member of the West High ASB all four years of high school and till this day there are many life lessons/skills that I practice daily. 

 

I obtained my teaching credential from UC San Diego Extended Program/L.A. County of Education. . 

 

Some hobbies of mine are reading, paddle boarding and building things (metalwork/woodwork).

 

My favorite movie would be Love and Mercy, which is a film about the Life of Brian Wilson (I love music), music is played in my class everyday/all day! 

 

My favorite quote or saying would be H.O.W.D.Y. which stands for: Helping Others While Developing Yourself.
