    • 1-2 Big Screen Monitors / Projectors: To display videos, presentations, or live feeds during the ceremony.
  2. Furniture:
    • 3 Long Fold-Out Tables: For registration, distribution of materials, or as a station for refreshments.

1 Podium: For speakers,presenters, or to conduct the ceremony.

  1. Audio Equipment:
    • 2 Microphones: Ensure clear audio for speakers and presenters.

Computer Equipped withPowerPoint Systems: To display videos/music. Ensure it has the necessarysoftware and hardware compatibility for seamless presentations. USBImport 

Sound/Speakers Access:For amplification of speeches, music, and videos to ensure they are audible toall attendees.

  1. Lighting and Control:
    • Access to Lighting Controls: To adjust lighting according to different phases of the ceremony or for special effects.
