Time/Check-In: Houchin will be checking into the front desk at 8:00 AM. They will need the gates open for buses to enter campus.


Location: Two buses will be parked in the same location as last year (behind the gym).  We will need access to the gym including restrooms. We also need 6 tables and 20 chairs. I included it in the master calendar request, but wanted to email all of you to make sure we have them the day of. I am not sure who will take care of this for us. 

Time: 8:00AM - 3:30PM.
