COURSE DESCRIPTION: Astronomy is the study of the stars, our solar system, and the universe beyond. The course covers the laws that govern large body objects, the relationship between Earth and the surrounding planets, moons, and asteroids in our solar system. Students will learn more about the significance of our Sun and how it provides energy to the entire solar system.
