COURSE DESCRIPTION: This college preparatory course requires students to read and write critically on selected works. Students will read, discuss, analyze and write using a variety of strategies. Writing will focus on refinement and development of sophistication that will lead into senior year preparation of writing for college success. Students will continue to develop oral proficiency through in-class presentations.
