My fondest memories from high school are defined by my Mock Trial endeavors. I attended high school at Centennial. In the many years before I entered the Mock Trial program, Centennial always placed second to Stockdale. When I was a senior, Centennial beat Stockdale for the first time in history. I was the Team Captain. The State competition proved to be as fun as it was difficult. Each team had to choose a theme for the Mock Trial Costume Ball. We decided to attend the dance as zombies. We may not have won at the state level, but we did win the costume contest. I went on to attend California State University, Bakersfield. I obtained a bachelors in English and a minor in education.
My favorite way to spend my time is time with my three-year-old son, Declan. I love to watch anime, but at heart I am a true movie buff. As of late, my favorite film is Zack Snyder's Justice League. His remake of the 2017 Justice League movie is excellent. I enjoy hiking The Canyon, but when it is too hot, I hike in Frazier Park. Edgar Allen Poe is my favorite author. I am currently composing a collection of my own scary stories.
