Mr. Singh is requesting three eight-foot tables, 10 chairs, and a trash can or two outside of the auditorium 
They will be having hot tea and light snacks before the event.  They will need the chairs so that they can sit and sell tickets.
They are aware that the seating limit is 600 people due to safety reasons in case of emergencies. 
they asked if they can take those chairs in in case they ran out of space to sit and I told them no.  The application says the estimated number of people to attend is 400.  They should also have their own security for the number of people at their event.
